Extra MB!

Hello. Can anybody help me? So I'm out of fast internet. And now O2 is sending me extra MB for 3 € which I havent even asked or allowed them to do that. It's not right. I don't want extra MBs. What should I do?

but here you find employees that speak English! ☺️

I have now deactivated the so called "Datenautomatik" (further information you find here: https:// ) for your contract with the numbers 607 at the end. You also get a confirmation via SMS.

Should we also deactivate it for your second number?

It is right.

It is called "Datenautomatik" and it is included in your contract. Have a look at the documents for your contract.

To deactivate the Datenautomatik for the future, you can call the hotline.

...or wait for a forum moderator to deactivate it, as it's nearly impossible to grab an english speaking employee on the hotline 😉
