Extending my Contract?

Hello,

I have 3 contracts in my account. 2 are on current tariffs, but my main number (ending in 306) is still on All in L, which is not competitive with the current plans here and elsewhere.

I would like to extend my contract if I can get the Free M tariff at a decent price, can you help?

Of course, I like to help you with prolonging your number with -306 at the end.

I can give you the tariff "o2 Free M Kombi" with an allnet- and sms-flatrate and 10 GB data-volume for 24,99 € for the next 24 months.

my tariff has changed now, thanks very much. I have one more question:

One of the other numbers in my account has the Kombi Vorteil but the other doesn't (the number ending with 662). That number was recently transferred to my account, I thought it would automatically get the Kombi discount?

Hi @Leo727,

nice that the tariff-change was perfectly activated.

Concerning the number with -662 at the end, you will not be able to get a "Kombi-benefit". Please note that the other 2 tariffs already have now the "Kombi-benefit". According to the requirements for the "Kombi-benefit", one tariff needs to be the "giver" for the Kombi-benefit.

You only can get one Kombi-benefit if you have at least 2 tariffs under one account.

But your contract with -662 at the end has a discount of 4,50 € for 24 months. This is not bad. 🙂
