What should I do if I want to cancel the 2 years o2 contract. Because I have the provider and no longer need to service. Thank you
Send a letter of termination to o2 to arrive no later than 3 months before the end of the term.
What information do I need to include in the letter? Are there any samples?
No samples but you should include your mobile number and customer number.
