【emergency】how to cancel the contact in Germany from abroad

Hi All

Before going back to Japan from Geramany,I sent one mail to O2 company to cancel my contract but i have not received any reply yet.

Now,I am in Japan and i still pay the bill every month,,,,,,,,,,

How can I cancel the bill?

Please deal with this problem as soon as possible.

It's not possible to cancel a contract by EMail. Did you send a letter to o2?

Otherwise you have 3 possibilities yet:

a) Send a letter or

b) a Fax

c) Fill out this formula -> https://static2.o9.de/blob/12985654/v=1/Binary/contract-cancellation-moving-abroad-download.pdf and send it in (Faxno. an Mailadresse were given in it). One will need a confirmation that you definitely left the country and an invoice of 3 monthly fees.
