How can I postpone my DSL Schaltungstermin? I've been waiting on the hotline for one hour but I could not talk with anyone.



Hi, 



if you expect a technician the only way is to contact o2 by hotline, letter or fax, also you can wait here or a o2-worker @o2_DSL‌ but i don´t know when someone looks here.



If there no technician expected there normaly is no problem to install the router later.
