DSL router upgrade from Home Box to FritzBox 7590


Dear Sir/Madam.

I have Home Box DSL router.
I have WIFI connectivity problem in some areas of my apartment. Hence i wanted to move to FritzBox 7590.

I have ordered the Fritzbox through hotline. Order got cancelled from O2 side at the end.
I reordered 2 times after that it is the same case that is happening again and again.
Hotline customer service persons could not able to find the reason for the cancellation.

I am very tired of ordering, waiting for the shipment, checking the status in hotline call waiting 20 mins every time in the call for the last one month. There is no order number or email or sms sent for any orders. How to track the orders with this system.

When i called for my last order and explained the situation, there is not even a record in the system that shows my previous orders.

Need proper intervention and support to get this resolved.

as far as I can see you already were in contact with our DSL hotline and they are working on sending a router to you as soon as possible. Please excuse the delay.

I can not recommend to rent a AVM Fritzbox 7590 from O2, because it is very expensive.
If you don't want to buy a device, you can rent from other - much cheaper - rental companies.
Google for Route Miete.

Here the problem is; i have ordered Fritzbox 7590 from O2 but my orders gets cancelled automatically. This is what i would like to bring up here.

Well, and my solution is to rent the router elsewhere, where you get it fast, easy and cheaper. But if you don't mind - your decision.

No improvement yet. Even my 4th order has not progressed.

Please advise me from O2 side how to proceed.

There is no need to place additional orders. The technical department is already on the way of fixing this and a router will be sent as soon as possible. Unfortunately I can not give you a date for this, sorry.

since today the order has been cleared. So the shipping is possible, they put a new order on hold.

This issue has been already resolved last month. I received a new fritz box, its been working fine and i have also returned back my old O2 homebox.

However i received email notification now that new hardware has been shipped again(order XXXXXXXXXX
