Hello. I am waiting for my router which should have arrived a couple of weeks ago but it hasn't and I cant see where it is. The technician from o2 has already came to check the connection and I do not know who I must ask for my delivery.

it seems to me that the router was sent back to us as if there was something wrong with the recipients address. I suggest to contact our DSL departement via chat or phone to solve this issue so we can send it out to the right address.

If you do not speak german I srecommend to call with a friend of yours who does speak german since we can not promise that you will reach an english-speaking agent.

Hallo I contacted the hotline and they have orderd a second router. Thank you very much. Hopefully this one is going to arrive
