I feel completed cheated and disgusted by O2 servies (DSL and customer care services). My internet is not working for last 2 MONTHS

1) In Last 2 months I have spent huge amount of time waiting on 02 customer care number and online chat Average wait time is 30mins and I have tried atleast a dozen time

2) In last 2 months 4 times I din't went to office , so that I can stay at home for Technician's visit

3) I have been paying the bill even without using the service

Twice the technician did not showed up.



O2 csutomer care can not schedule another appointment till they get a feedback from Technician. Customer service says they will call me back once they have the feedback from technician (which should take 24-48 hrs), but nobody calls me or updates me for 2 weeks. Then I recieve a message from O2 to call there customer service to book another appointment(again I have to wait for a hr on phone to speak to a O2 representative). I had scheduled one more appointment for today, again nobody showed up



Can someone please help me and put an end to my misery . It is getting really frustrating.
