DSL Internet's frequent disconnection

Dear O2 Community,

I have O2 DSL for quite long time. Recently, I am facing internet frequent disconnection for the last 3-4 days. The internet goes on and off quite frequently. Moreover, when I try to run IPTV stream, it gets disconnected within a minute. I have never faced this before with my IPTV. Even without IPTV, I experience internet disconnection. I have checked the Box (HomeBox 6641) but no clue as what is causing problem. I have tried to contact O2 support but no avail. I am quite disappointed now. Any help is desperately needed and highly appreciated.
