Hello,



I would like to know why O2 is charging me for not returning DSL Hardware. It was replaced due to Router problems and the attendant said to me that I do not need to send it back.



Now, I have a bill with 59 Euros for the Router. Since I already have it at home, how can I send it back to O2?

the refund was finished on the 20th of June 19. You don't had get the money back still right now? Do you check your bank account?
