DSL: DNS server may be unavailable

I have been having this issue where a few times a month, I could not connect to the internet for around an hour on all my devices. And it is happening more and more frequently. I have tried to set to another DNS Server on my computer but it does not resolve or help with the issue at all. Just this morning, I could not use the internet at all.
What should I do in this case?

Best Regards,
Victor

Moin Moin @Pikaka ,
if you lost your internet connection a gain please you the O2 Hilfe App.
Interesting is what is the dsl led doing, if you have a homebox!
The app guides you through the analyse process, after that you get a number.
With number you should call the o2 help line. The app will tell you the number.
You should speak German or you should have some who could speak.
The support could speak only German😔

Hi Schluej,

Thanks for your advice. I will try this the next I encounter this issue. If I remember correctly, the DSL LED is not light up.

Cheers,
Victor

If the DSL LED is off you lost the sync. to the switchboards.
If LED blinks the router try s to resync the connection.
