Hi,



Trying to reach DSL customer support from last 1 week.when we call ,all menus are in German. and there is no chart support in English.



can anyone let me know, a way to get support in english

I have a new problem with my new DSL Router (O2 Homeox 6741). The router is installed in the WohnZimmer, where I have full network and high speed (this is very good). Although my apartment is 55-60 m2 , I do not get wifi (no signal) network at all in my Schlafzimmer. Can you please help.

Just to be clear: When standing infront of your router your wifi works fine,

but in your bedroom you wont get any kind wifi signal, is that correct?

Yes @o2_Matze . That’s correct


@SKV I assume there are to much wif interferences the homebox 6741 cant handle,

so as denner said you should consider to upgrade your router to a AVM 7490 or 7590 (which perform a lot better when i comes to wifi coverage) .

Internet is not working after contract transfer. Can someone please help here. I tried factory reset also but no solution.

 


Hello @Welc0, welcome to our o2 community :-)

After a contract has been transfered to a new contract owner it may take up to 48 hours until the DSL connection is running and fully accessible.

Since some time already has passed is it already working as it should? :-)
