Hello O2 Team
I had raised a complaint with Customer Service that my internet is not working on 22nd January with ticket reference number 6923816.
The technician visited my apartment on multiple occasions but the problem was not fixed. Due to the fact that O2 is unable to restore a working Internet connection, I had sent a letter requesting my contract to be terminated.
Can you please acknowledge receipt of my letter and confirm if this has been actioned.
