DSL connection relocation(Umzug)

Hello,

I had shifted to a new appartment and i also want to shift my DSL connection. Please let me know what steps need to be done and how much time it will take.

Note:

- My new appartment is in the same builing

- The previous tenant has an O2 connection which will be disable by this month end can i directly plug my router to it instead of this DSL relocation?

- Please arrange a call with english speaking person so that i can explain to him better

also

If possible convert my preferred language to english for my o2 account.
