Hi. I have O2 Internet for about a month, and since the beginning I have connection issues everyday. My DSL connection is lost several times during the day taking minutes to return.
I would like O2 to check what is wrong and how it can be solve.

please excuse the late answer. I had a look into this. I can verify that there are several disconnects a day. Unfortunately we do not have the possibility to open a ticket for you regarding this issue here via the forum. So I can only recommend to contact the DSL technical hotline (you will find the toll free number under step 2 here). If you do not speak any german at all I suggest to call with a friend of yours who does since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.
