Hi, Sorry I dont speak German and I was having trouble using the hotline.
The Deutsche Telecom engineers arrived yesterday morning and connected everything. But it has been almost 24 hours and the internet is still not connected.
The status message on the modem is : "Status der Erkennung des Zugangsnetzes
Hinweis: Nicht verbunden"
Any help appreciated

sometimes it takes a little longer to set up the connection. If it's still not working, please reset your router and set it up again.
