double deduction

hi. i ordered a phone via online store. i paid the the required amount as sent via email ( Guthaben-zahlung).. however it was twice deducted to my bank account. will the overpayment be sent back to my account? thank you

How would I know that it will be deducted from my monthlys? Can I receive a confirmation or an email regarding this? Thank you

Hi krissyrn,
not automatically, but if you like we can transfer it back to your account. Otherwise it would just be deducted from your monthlys.

Generallly you can take this as written confirmation, but if you feel you require further proof I'd ask you to contact our written customer service department in Nuremberg:
