disable Surf Dayflat voice option

Can you please help me to disable Surf Dayflat voice option, as it is charging 99 cents per day with out my knowledge

The Surf Dayflat is a feature of an o2 prepaid card and can not be disabled. The Surf Dayflat will be activated as soon as your phone connects to the Internet and no option with Internet volume is booked.
So that the Surf Dayflat is not booked, you must book an option with Internet volume (eg the o2 my Prepaid Basic for 1.99 Euro) or permanently block the access to the Internet with your SIM card via the customer service.

      login on your o2 account "Mein o2" goto Tarif & SIM-Karte.
      It should be possibel to disable the option.
