Hi,



I canceled my O2 contract on time and also sent the router back to O2. Few days after I received a feedback call and they asked me why I want to cancel the contract. I answered and they told me my contract will be canceled on June 26, 2019. I am eagerly waiting for this day to come as I really don't want to be associated with o2 at all. But this morning I received an email from o2 saying this:

Ihr DSL-Auftrag wurde am 07.06.2019 aktiviert.

I translated and it says your dsl order is activated on 07.06.2019. I don't know why you are doing this to me. I humbly request you to DEACTIVATE my DSL.

I informed the fellows of DSL with request of correction that the cancellation of your contract seems to be making a mistake. I will contact you again when I receive a feedback.

Are you guys having trouble understanding simple english or what? I really don't want to use O2. How hard it is to understand?

please be kind an patient here in this forum. I am absulutly able to understand your concern without any incivilities from you 😡 (continuous writing in capital letters or persistent bold is usually interpreted as aggressive screaming and should be avoided. In addition, it is considered intrusive and rude to string several punctuation marks in a row -> Netiquette).

The fellows of DSL informed me today, that your contract cancellation was corrected to June 28th 2019. You should have been notified by them. So everything seems to be fine.

I am really sorry if I made you feel like that. I just have a really bad experience with o2 and I have no right to take this on you. Thanks a lot for still helping me out.
