I am not able to find a customer care contact number where can I ask for status of my contract and to talk to anyone...

  • Aus anderen Mobilfunknetzen: 0176 – 88 85 52 22 (Kosten abhängig von Ihrem gewählten Tarif)
  • Aus dem Ausland: 0049 176 – 88 85 52 22 (Kosten abhängig von Ihrem Tarif)



or  you can use the livechat, find at the top of this site, or you can wait here for an o2 worker but i don´t know in wich time someone show this thread.

I tried calling all day but could not get someone. I donot understand German but as I understood with the help of others automated voice was asking for waiting and not selecting any options. I don"t know how to contact them. I just want to know whether my contract has been cancelled or not.
