Contract termination

Hi o2 team,

I have send my o2 contract termination (termination date: 31/03/19) documents, including unsubscribe, etc by mail to your customer care office. Can you please check and let me know if my contract has been terminated?

Hi @deepika dogra,

yes, I can confirm that your contract will be terminated on 31rd March 2019.

You will get one more bill ("Abschlussrechnung") in April (which will cover the remaining days until the end of March) and that's it. 🙂
