Hallo.
I will be moving back to the US and we do not have:
  • a registration certificate of your present place of residence
  • a notification of your new, foreign domicile
  • alternatively a confirmation of your employer or landlord
I will be moving back in with family since the reason to go back home was sudden.
I can give the address and pay the 3 month charge but I cannot supply the above certificates.
In addition is there a way to cancel online or in person since I will be leaving this Friday.

thanks for your message.

If you cannot offer a registration certificate in the US or a contract of your new domicile, please send a copy of your one-way flight.

I cannot guarantee that this would function.

But please send us the cancellation letter (https://static2.o9.de/resource/blob/67636/9d3f15b4662fcad32f6c6e3bf0a7a390/contract-cancellation-moving-abroad-download-data.pdf) together with the flight ticket.

Our cancellation department will check if we can accept your document and will inform you if they need further documents.

    Hello.
