My contract had been terminated without my knowledge and 500 euro taken my account without my permission. Thus, I request my refund and back to my contract.

    you instructed us to take the whole amount from your account at once. This information was transmitted via your online portal, therefore we have to assume that this was your intention.

    I can also see that we replied to your inquiry to our customer service yesterday, did you receive it?
