Dear Sir or Madam,



I am a new sim card customer.



I ordered my contract on December 11th and receive the activation of my sim card on 15th of December but



My sim card delivered on 24th of December.



My contract started from 15th of December. I would like to know can I request a change for the start of my contract?



I just missed 10 days in between of 15th to 24th.

Where did you order the contract? Not at o2online.de, right?



If you order an o2-contract at another company, the company gets the sim, activates the sim and then send the sim to you. The contract starts with activation of the sim card. In this case, 15th of December is correct. You cannot change the start of the contract.



Talk to the other company if this is a problem. They activated the sim
