Contract Cancellation before the end date

Hi,

I have been using O2 mobile contract since 2015 with auto renewal option. As per current status my contract in ending in Nov 2019. Now I am getting a phone from my employer for personal use. That's why I would lile to cancel my current contract but before doing so I would like to understand how much extra I have to pay if I cancel the contract before Nov 2019.

Any information is highly appreciated.

welcome to the o2 community!

You can cancel your contract by stating so in your Mein o2 account or in the Mein o2 app and by giving us a call afterwards to confirm your wish to cancel it.
Or you can send us a letter along with your customer number and mobile phone number and tell us you want to terminate your contract.

All of this will then be effective by the end of the regular contract period in November.
Your contract has a 24-month runtime and cannot be cancelled early, I'm afraid.
