I applied for the "Iphone X" offer along with "o2 Free M", and due to combination advantage I was supposed to receive a 5euro discount + Hardware benefit discount of 2.5euro.



After receiving the billing email, only the hardware benefit of 2.5euro was deducted from the basic fee.



Therefore instead of paying 69.99, my bill is currently at 74.99.



I got these two information. One in my email and the other in My o2.

I just took a look at your account, as far as I can tell everything has been set up as agreed upon. I'm not certain why the combination advantage isn't shown here, but it is set up for the contract and will be deducted from your monthly.



As the first billing cycle has just ended and the invoice isn't even written yet, I'd ask you to wait for now. Should the invoice show anything that you didn't expect or are uncertain about, please contact me here again, I'd be happy to have another look.
