My contract for DSL ended on 02.07.18. Yet I was charged for the full month of July (29.95 €).

Now I received an email saying I will be charged 81.55 € for August. How can this be?



I did not get any copy of the bills in the post and I cannot access my online portal anymore either, so I had to register to post here (as requested by support on Twitter).



I can provide customer number and phone number - but was not keen to post this information on a public forum.

if you canceled your contract you should have recieved a confrmation with the end of the contract and also the new login for the online portal as soon as the landline is disconnected.

You can use this login and the password that you have used before to login and to access your data and invoices.
