Changing my DSLR contract

Hallo,

I currently have the "O2 DSL S Flex", the contract expires 25.03.2019. I've tried to use MeinO2 "Jetz Verlängern" option however I get the error message:

"Es gibt leider Probleme mit Ihren Kundendaten.

Wir versuchen das Problem so schnell wie möglich zu beheben."

I wanted to change the contract to: "Home M Flex 19,99€ ab 7. Monat 29,99 € mtl." however I can only seem to find the option to order it as a new package.

Can someone help me please so that I can continue with O2 without interruption?

Hello @JimmiRC,
the offer that you are refering to indeed only exists for a new contract, not if you want to extend your existing one. You should find offers while logged in into your "Mein o2" account.
