change in contract

I have three connections with o2.I was paying around 55 € per month.
Since then I have decided to cancel the contract instead of offering better deals.
Since I Wanted to Retain the Same Numbers I just went ahead and accepted the offer.
I accepted the offer yesterday and today when I check the details.
I was offered:
3 gb all net flat for 19.99 €
1 gb all net flat for 9.99 €
1 gb all net flat for 4.99 €

now when I log in:
3 gb all net flat for 34.99 €
200 MB all net flat for 19.99 €
200 MB for 9.99 €
Feel really cheated. please help me sort out this problem.
