Hello,

I'm posting this using my mobile-associated account as I cannot log in to my DSL one anymore.

So, today I've received the letter from o2 stating the outstanding amount of 234 euro on my account for February.

As of January 31th, I've cancelled my o2 DSL contract by having informed o2 properly one month beforehand, and the contract did not have any fixed term - thus, no charges should have been made for the cancellation.

I wonder what these money are required for - and I cannot learn that from my online account, as using my old rufnummer+password is no longer working. Could it be so that due to contract termination the rufnummer is no longer valid? Anyway, how can I log in and see why o2 is charging this fantastic sum of money?

Hi torqueex,

you can continue accessing your account.

With our confirmation of cancellation from January 11 we have provided you new credentials.

You can find them under "Online-Rechnung" on the 2nd page.

Don't worry, the invoice is an error. My colleagues will correct it and contact you again.

Regards,

Christian

Hi Christian,

I do not have any email from o2 from January 11th, neither do I have any other email with confirmation of cancellation an new credentials. Could you kindly send that information to me? Thank in advance.

Hi Christian,

Please respond to my inquiry as soon as possible - o2 needs to take the action immediately especially if there was an error invoice.

Unfortunately I cannot proceed with the advice of "not to worry" if nothing happens for 2 days from my request - on Monday the money is going to be automatically withdrawn from my account.

I still cannot access my account for DSL invoices, and I never received the email with cancellation confirmation and new credentials that you have mentioned. I need those still.
