Cancelling my contract O2 Blue Data

Hello. I ordered a sim card for O2 Blue Data L in March 2017 but I did not use it because situation had changed. I thought that I am not charged since I did not activate the sim card. But it seems I have been charged 24.98 Euro every month. I did not notice this because I made another O2 contract for mobile phone in the same month and I had misunderstood that 24.98 Euro is for the mobile phone contract. 

I do not remember O2 username or password associated with this contract, and know only a customer number. How can I cancel this contract?  Is it possible I get refund?

Hello nt880,

you can cancel the contract normally to the runtime end, which will be in 2019 then.

A contract gets also automatically activated after 21 days or so. After several months that it's active now we can't do anything. You can ask your friends if someone needs it, so that the other person could take it and use it. That's one possibility. But an extraordinary dismissal or a refund is not possible.
