I am a student who is about to finish studying, so I will leave Germany soon. Therefore, I am trying to cancel my DSL contract with O2 before I leave Germany at the end of June.



I have tried to follow the advice given here: https:// - but after logging into my O2 account,  I cannot see the "Mein DSL And Festnetz" menu as that guide illustrates. When I click "Produktinformationen" under my account name (top right hand corner of the O2 account screen) I get this error message: 403 Zugriff verboten which says I do not have the authority to access this page. I get the same error message when I click the link for "Priority Notice „Kündigung für DSL“ " in the contract cancellation guide.



So, I would like to ask: What are the documents and procedures needed to cancel my contract, and why can't I access this information when I log into the O2 website?



Any assistance would be gratefully received as my German is still too awful to deal with this over the phone. I really don't have the extra money to pay fines for violating the terms of contract!
