cancellation of o2 DSL

Hai,

I am Suresh Kumar Kannan. I have relocated from Germany to India last month. I have already sent a fax for cancellation of O2 DSL internet connection previously but it is not yet cancelled.  I have sent the deregistration certificate and Job termination certificate by fax. Can anyone help me regarding the cancellation of my DSL connection. If any information to share kindly contact me xxxxxxxxxx. / xxxxxxxxxx
