cancellation of o2 DSL

I am Suresh Kumar Kannan. I have relocated from Germany to India last month. I have already sent a fax for cancellation of O2 DSL internet connection previously but it is not yet cancelled.  I have sent the deregistration certificate and Job termination certificate by fax.
