I bought 1GB (LTE) O2 prepaid SIM card for 10Euro, 15Euro Guthaben and received 150GB due to the current offer.



The internet speed is really slow (5MBit/s) and I don't know how to speed it up. I have O2 loop Tariff, but I upgraded it with O2 my prepaid S, although the name of the Tariff didn't change in my account.



What should I do?

Since 26th February 2019 you already have 150 GB and the tariff "o2 my Prepaid S" available.



Do you have the slow speed in all regions?

Yes, I checked it, everything is fine (sehr gut).



Yes, it is slow everywhere.

And somehow I see only O2 Loop in my O2 Startseite, not o2 my Prepaid S.

Unfortunately, we still have a network error concerning LTE in your area. Therefore, I ask you still for some more patience until our technicians have solved this issue.
