I have ordered S10+ today with contract. I have two queries. !st is how to keep my prepaid number and switch to postpaid number on the new phone?
Euors in my O2 account. Is that money refundable or re-credited to my bank account? I do not use it during the period of my contract. If yes, then how?

Hello!

Yes, you can transfer the mobile phone number from an o2 prepaid card to your contract.
Let us know when your contract has been activated so that we can explain the steps you need to take.

Credit: The credit will be transferred to your new contract after some time. You can also have the credit paid out as soon as the mobile number has been transferred.

        please mind, that porting a phonenumber costs about 24,95 EUR. Atm your credit is about 6,65 Euro.
