I subscribed to o2 DSL M. It costs 14,99.

But O2 charged me 34,99. So I'm wondering why I pay more?



Have you looked at the invoice? What have you been charged for that is incorrect? Make sure you check the peiod of time that the invoice covers - possibly more than one month?
