Bank transfer didnt work

Hello, during the weekend I ran out of data so I made two bank transfers to O2 but it never worked out. Still no data package. Anyone has had this problem?

      Transfers are not instant! If you transfer money at the weekend it leaves your account on the Monday and should reach the recipient the next day.
