Appointment for setting up mu DSL connection - no news of your people!

Hi,

I am waiting for your people to come by my place to set up my internet connection and yet, I did not hear anything from them yet.... Ok they have until 12:00, but it's already 11:35.... And I have to go to work.... Is there anyway to get some more informations? I tried to call your hotline, I've been waiting for about 30min for someone to pick up.
