Hello Team, I had recharged my O2 account with 15 Euros thrice on 7th May, 2019 using Direct Debit option from Deutsche bank account DE******7400. The reference numbers of the transactions are 369281387, 369280923 and 369281107. So the total balance on my O2 account needs to be 45 Euros and as per the statement of Deutsche bank account, 45 euros are deducted from my bank account. However, a balance of 30 Euros is reflected on my O2 account as seen in the App. Please let know the reason for the discrepancy and refund the difference of 15 Euros back to my Bank account.

Maybe a data plan was automatically renewed after top up your credit?
Hi, I checked above links and it is still showing 2 transactions. Also, I checked SMS confirmations from O2 and transaction of reference number 369280923 is missing. However, bank statement shows a deduction of 15 euros with this transaction, and I don't understand why this happened.



Please check details regarding transaction reference 369280923 and revert to me.

first of all, welcome to our forum. Nice that you have found the way to us. :-)



One of your 15 Euro charges ran on an error. So only 30 Euros were booked. Did you get in the meantime the money back on your bank account? Usually this should work automatically.

The last booking of 15 Euros was on March 4th. Your booked the o2 My Prepaid S for 9,99 Euro ( remaining amount 5,23 Euros) and then you phoned to the United Arab Emirates for 5,16 Euros. Remainig Amount was 0,07 Euros. Then you tried to charge 3x15 Euros. One booking ran on an error und only 30 Euros reached us. Your credit balance was 30,07 Euros. Then you booked o2 My Prepaid S for 9,99 Euro again. Your amaount is now 20,08 Euros.
