Hello,

I currently have 2 lines with a postpaid 2 year contract that is ending in December 2017.

I received an offer online and thinking that it was for extending the contract for 2 more years, I ordered it.

The offer includes new phones and new tariff.

When everything arrived (new phones and new SIMs), I realized that I cannot activate the SIMs as a current O2 customer but as a new customer. And under MeinO2 , it shows the current tariff to be the old one (expiring in Dec).

I went to the store for help, but they told me they cannot help as the new order was done online.

I do not want to have 2 contracts and would like to stop the old one and keep the new one, but now I have passed the 3 month notice period for the cancellation notice. I would also like to keep my current numbers.

Can you please provide any help?

Thank you

Hello chrsts,

the only things that could have been done would have been to cancel the new phone and contract, and send the phone back. Therefore you had 14 days after receiving everything. Did you do so?

When you're already too late for cancelling the other contract, which must be done at least 3 months before the normal runtime end, we can not do anything for it. If the contract is extended it goes on for 12 months more.

Kind regards,

Jessica ☺️
