Accidentally deactivated SIM card

Hi
I accidentally deactivated my SIM card. While trying to reactivate it I pressed a wrong button and ordered a 1GB €21.98 monthly data plan.
I already have a data plan.
How can I cancel this order and reactivate my SIM card?

Dear @AB.Alan ,

first of all, welcome to our forum. Nice that you have found the way to us. :-)

You received an Email with a "Widerrrufsbelehrung.pdf". Use it to cancel your contract within 14 days on from booking.
In that cancellation policy you'll find an emailaddress for that cancellation.
It is as @TBCMagic said, a once deactivated SIM-card can't be activated anymore.

Do you have any questions about using our community? Then take a look at Neu in der o2 Community? Die wichtigsten Funktionen und Hinweise auf einen Blick. There you will find all the information you need to use!

Kind regards,
Andrea

Hi!

It is not possible to reactivate a deactivated sim card.
You must order a replacement card (29,99 Euro)

Wait for further support from a moderator.
