Access data for O2

Hello Team,

This is regarding the Fritz box configuration for O2 DSL connection.

My internet connection is not a new one it is transferred by the guy who was staying in same apartment previously.

Internet connection with O2 Home box was working but once I changed the modem I am unable to configure the Fritz Box 7430 for same connection.

Error message - Internet connection user name and password is wrong....

I am using user name and password as same which i use for login in myO2 account.

I did not find a way to order this information from O2.

Can any one let me know how i can order this Information from O2.
