Zugang pin

Hi probably there is thread for this but l can not find it on the telephone. Technician made connection and now l am trying to setup router. I think all is Ok but some zugangPIN makes me without internet. I call them but no success. Probably they dont work today? Shame. There is nothing on english too. Anyone know what is that zugang pin? Red light is on the router as l figure out it wait wor that pin. Any clue?
