No Signal on my DSL/telephone line

Hello, 

It's been a couple of days that I relocated and also contacted O2 regarding relocation services. everything went well, and Telekom technician came on Dec 14th, and connected the cables. the internet was working well since Monday (Dec 18) four days later, the I found out I cannot see DSL and internet lights on the modem green. in fact they are off. seems that there is not any signal on physical line!

Would you please help me to understarnd what could be the problem and how should I troubleshoot?

Hi,

in my opinion there is a technical problem, for this you must call the technican hotline (for free 0800-5251378), they must take a look on your landline and if it is necessary they have to order a technican.

I don´t know if there today or tomorrow someone but remember that you must understand german because of the voice menue.

In fact I called them several days ago, and handled the call somehow in Deutsch/English, as my Deutsch is not good. they told they will call me again but I got no news till now. 

I will try again today as they are not answering in holidays.
