New connection - technician no show. waiting since mid sept?

I have the same problem. The techincian doesnt turn up. i have a new connection and have the contrct since mid october. I had a first appointment on 28.10, the techinician came, had a look, and said he doesnt understand the connection, there are too many cables and just left.

 

Then i had to call the customer service (wait time min 15 mins) got diconnected a couple of times after a long wait time. then finally reached the customer service rep, who was not empathetic at all. Finally got an appointment for 07.11

 

On 5.11 i got a SMS, that the appointment on 7.11 has been postponed to 24.11 (without any apology or explanation). So i called the customer service again (wait time 13 mins) explained the situation. The only answer i got is "we at customer service cant do anything about this and you have to wait until 24.11". No point in talking further, so waited.

 

On 24.11, was eager to get a connection. The technician did not urn up. I called again to check on the status. And the Customer service informed me that the techincian had entered a comment that he was there and could not meet the customer as there was no one at home. This is an absolute lie. I was at home waiting for this to get done.

 

So I called and wanted to escalte the issue to the manager, no one gave me the manager. And no one gave me a satisfying answer. All that i got is, i have to call again at 13:30 to fix another appointment.

 

I called again (wait time - 10 mins) and after collecting my info the line was disconnected.

 

I tried again and again (12 mins and 7 mins wait time) then got disconencted without getting conencted to the customer service.

 

Finally got a call back with details of the number i should call to get an appointment.

 

Today I have been calling since 7:45 and have called 3 times, have been in the queue for 14 mins, 18 mins and 22 mins and still dont have a representative to talk to.

 

My question:

Will I ever get a techinican to get this thing installed and activated?

Does anyone even understand that I wasted 3 half days and approx 100 mins of call time (multiplied by the call costs)? And all this just to get this conenction!!

What should i expect next??
