Hi! I am O2 client and I will moving out next week (in the same city) and I want to take the phone line and the Internet conection with me.

What do I have to do? sorry but is very difficult to find information in English or someone who speaks english.

You have to make a request for an "Umzug" (move). But it will take 2-3 weeks to activate the thelphone-line at the new adress. You can write an PM to @o2_DSL with your Kundennummer, Kundenkennwort and your old and new adress. They can initiate your move.
