Internet isn't working, Info light RED

Dear Administrator,

Last night my DSL stopped working and I can not access to the Internet since. Just to be clear, the « WLAN » and « DSL » lights are ON but the « Internet » light is OFF. I tried to turn off and turn on the rooter a couple of times, with no result, and then I decided to reset it. Sadly, I still have no access to the Internet and now the « Info » light is red. You will find a screen-shot of the online interface (192.168.1.1) enclosed below and the result I am getting as soon as I hit the « Einrichtungsassistent » button. I can not access to the next step in order to re-configure the rooter. I can not call the help center as I do not speak German and no one speaks English there. What am I supposed to do? Please, help me!

WLAN — ON (Green Light)

DSL — ON (Green Light)

Internet — OFF (No Light)

Info — ON (Red Light)

Hi,

i see you now online since 04:41 .

There was a short drop for 1 1/2 hour. Could be a maintenance.

Hallo Stefan,

Thank you for your answer. I managed to re-activate the router by reseting it. However, tonight the exact same problem happened three times; does it need to be replaced or could it be maintenances ? It only happens at night, quite late.
