Internet connection problem

Hallo, I already did turn off and turn on my o2 homebox 6441 but it doesn't work so I've reseted the 02 hombox, still my internet is not working. I just can see on the O2.box website, 'Status der Erkennung des Zuggangsnetzes, Hinweis: Nicht verbunden.'. Do I have to just wait untill an internet signal is on or have to do something to fix it?
