I want constant, stable Internet connection not 5 months problems!

I am fighting almost 5 month with not stable Internet connection. I have made approximately 20 calls talking with the operators but no help at all. Should somebody from the great company pay attention to my issue or maybe the correct question is: how can I get rid of your "service"???
